When sending your qsl card, please send an SASE if you are in the USA. DX should send an SAE with IRC or $1.00 US to cover the return postage. This is a big help to Jeff, who helps many stations worldwide with the task of returning QSL Cards. Without the help that Jeff AI4U provides, it would be extreamly difficult to qsl with my rare disability.
